It is not an accident of history that we Jews are still here after 3000 years. We are the only people to have survived since biblical times without the nourishing strength of living on a land of our own.

We have been an essential thread that runs throughout history. When the rest of the world was bowing down to stone idols, we introduced monotheism and the Bible, the foundation of Western civilization.

Though we are few in number, throughout history we contributed significantly in the fields of science, music, literature, philosophy and the arts. As a Jew I feel it is my privilege to help perpetuate our survival. Making the choice to be a LOJE is one way of doing it.
